At The Web Plant, we are committed to providing high-quality digital services, including website development, HubSpot CMS migrations, integrations, and downloadable digital assets. This policy outlines our terms for payments, refunds, cancellations, and returns.

1. Payments & Invoice Terms

• All invoices issued by The Web Plant are due within 10 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate contract.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or late payment fees, as applicable.

2. Refund Policy

• All payments for services or digital downloads are non-refundable.
• Due to the nature of our work, including custom development, digital solutions, and consulting services, all sales are final.
• Once a service has commenced or a digital product has been accessed/downloaded, no refunds will be provided.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Order cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in the Statement of Work (SoW) or individual service agreement.
• For ongoing service retainers or contracts, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing with at least 30 days' notice prior to termination.
• Some services, such as software integrations, custom developments, or marketing retainers, may involve non-cancellable commitments or fees for work already performed.

4. No Return Policy

• As The Web Plant does not sell physical goods, there is no applicable return policy at the moment.
• All services, digital assets, and custom solutions provided are considered final upon delivery and are considered non-returnable.

5. Modifications & Exceptions

• This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements.
• Any exceptions to this policy will be clearly outlined in a separate contract or SoW.
